We are informed that assigned units will be on either Floor 4 or Floor 5 (based on advice from resort management, so this is not guaranteed), so you can expect to have an excellent ocean view from your villa. If you rent multiple weeks, you will be able to occupy the same unit for your entire stay!

The best of both worlds: great beach time and theme parks, all in one day and all in one vacation.

All of the one bedroom condo vacation rentals we offer are in the five story OCEANFRONT “C” and “D” Buildings! Each condo comes with a full kitchen, flat screen tv’s, and ocean front view patio or balcony. Note that condos are assigned at check-in (we do not know the assigned unit numbers in advance), and first floor condos may have limited ocean views due to shrubs, trees, and sand dunes. So, while your chances of getting an ocean view condo are very good, a great ocean view cannot be guaranteed.

The resort features broad sandy uncrowded beaches (great for the kids), 2 swimming pools, hot tub, spa, 4 tennis courts, a substantial fitness center, children’s playground, arcade, lounge, and restaurant and conference center.
It’s hard to be bored at Ocean Landings, because Cocoa Beach and Central Florida offer so many activities and entertainment for your enjoyment.
Our newly remodeled and fully equipped Activities Center offers rental equipment, indoor racquetball, a complete workout center including state-of-the-art cardio and exercise equipment, arcade and video games, books, and a full schedule of planned activities for all ages.
